Deleting your Vodach account
You can permanently delete your Vodach account and personal data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards.
What is deleted
- Your profile, email, login and saved settings.
- Your recorded hikes and GPS location data.
- Your saved trips, plans and AI assistant conversations.
- Photos you uploaded (removed from our servers).
- Your reputation, gamification progress and device/push tokens.
What is kept (anonymised)
To keep trail information useful for the whole community, your trail condition reports and reviews (and their photos) are kept but anonymised — your name is removed and they are no longer linked to you.
How to delete in the app
Mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Web app: sign in and open Settings → Personal → Delete account, type the confirmation word and confirm.
Can't use the app?
Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and erase your data.
